You can earn an additional 5% cash back on purchases with a Discover Card in the month of February for:
Restaurants
Florists
Candy Shops
Bookstores
Pet Stores
The cashback bonus is capped at $200 on purchases, so basically a $10 rebate. However, that does work out to a 5% net discount on dining and books – two of my admitted weaknesses. Just don’t forget to pay off the balance! Note that not all Discover cards are applicable.
Through March they are still offering 5% cashback on hotels, car rentals, and travel tickets.
